Whether your background is in civil drainage, residential drainage, we have opportunities available for reliable workers wanting steady work, good pay, and a solid team environment. What's On Offer * $30+ per hour depending on experience * Full-time Monday-Friday work * Ongoing work with a growing company * Variety of projects across the Bay of Plenty * Supportive team culture and long-term opportunities Roles Available * Experienced Drainlayers & Drainage Workers - Work across stormwater, sewer, trenching, pipe laying, infrastructure, and drainage projects * Labourers - Assist with trenching, site prep, material handling, pipe laying, and general site duties What We're Looking For * Experience in drainage, civil construction, or general construction * Ticketed machine operators desirable (excavators, rollers, loaders etc.) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong work ethic and reliability * Relevant licences, tickets, or qualifications are beneficial What We Offer * Competitive pay rates based on experience * Monday-Friday full-time work * Diverse projects across the Bay of Plenty * Supportive management and crew culture * Career growth, training, and progression opportunities Apply now by sending your CV to hollyl@alhltd.co.nz.
