ALH is kicking off a brand new project with a valued client starting Monday 16th January and we're looking to build a strong crew of Civil Operators for a long-term project with consistent work. What We Offer: * Full-time hours with ongoing work * Weekly pay * Competitive pay rates based on experience * Opportunities to grow and develop within the company * Supportive, professional, and safety-focused team environment Key Responsibilities: * Operating civil machinery such as excavators, rollers, dumpers, and loaders * Assisting with general civil construction works as required * Working closely with supervisors and site crews to meet project deadlines * Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment * Following all health & safety procedures on site What We're Looking For: * Relevant civil operating experience * Appropriate licences and endorsements (WTR / Class 2-5 an advantage) * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious * Ability to work as part of a team * Own transport preferred If you're an experienced Civil Operator looking for stable, long-term work with a company that values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
