KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform a range of carpentry duties including framing, finishing, and fitting. * Interpret and work from drawings, plans, and specifications. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. * Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades. * Ensure quality workmanship meets company standards and client expectations. BENEFITS: * Immediate start and paid weekly * Competitive pay rates reflecting your skills and experience. Starting Rate $30-$40 an hour  * Opportunity to work on diverse projects across the Bay of Plenty * Supportive team environment with opportunities for upskilling to become more versatile.  OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: * Proven experience as a Carpenter in both Commercial or Residential * Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
