Branch Manager - Te Anau

The Role: As our Branch Manager at our Te Anau Branch, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations. You'll lead a team of 8, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure the branch meets its performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships with customer will be key to your success. * Building strong relationships with our key customers, and internal stakeholders * Overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial targets * Foster a positive, inclusive and customer focused culture * Drive branch performance through strategic planning and operational excellence This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. About you: * Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success?
