This is an opportunity to step into a senior site leadership role and take ownership of complex structures work on bridges, steel structures, and large-scale concreting projects. The Role * Supervise and coordinate structures works across multiple fronts, including subcontractors. * Lead teams on bridges, concrete works, steel structures, shuttering, and major projects. * Develop and implement work plans, JSEA's, and ensure all activities meet HSE requirements. * Operate with confidence in decision-making, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain progress and standards. * Plan, sequence, and oversee multiple complex work activities simultaneously. About You * 14+ years' experience in a commercial construction environment, with proven capability in structures. * Background in concreting, bridges, major projects, steel structures, and shuttering. * Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, coach, and develop team members. * High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. * Competency operating heavy machinery, including excavators, trucks, and loaders. * Ability to interpret financial performance reports and work confidently with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Proven experience leading subcontractors and delivering on safety, quality, and deadlines.
