Work independently in a fast-paced environment 3. Full training provided for all tasks We are seeking reliable and motivated part-time pick packers for our client based in East Tamaki. About the Role: * Hours: 05:00am - 09:00am * Approximately 3 days a week * Pay Rate: $24 per hour * East Tamaki based Key Responsibilities: * Help pack customer orders accurately * Learn and understand flower codes (e.g., red rose = #123) - full training provided * Take a trolley of flowers and use an order sheet to sort flowers into the correct customer orders * Place flowers onto customer trolleys, which will be labelled (e.g., Customer 1, 2, 3) * Once finished with one order, report to the Team Leader to receive the next task * With experience, you may handle 20-30 trolleys per shift The successful candidate will: * Horticulture, pick/packing or dispatch experience * Ability to read codes and numbers accurately * Attention to detail and accuracy * Gentle, careful handling of flowers * Reliable, good transport and able to start early * Good communication skills * Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast paced environment * Basic numeracy / problem solving skills * Ability to lift up to 10kg (water buckets) If you are interested and meet the above requirements please apply now with your current CV
