We’re looking for a Cyber & Information Security Analyst who can bridge the gap between technology and people. In this role, you’ll be just as comfortable coaching colleagues on how to recognise a phishing email as you are reviewing a third-party vendor’s SOC 2 report. If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys turning complex risks into clear, practical actions, we’d love to hear from you. You will join a team dedicated to strengthening our security posture by leading User Awareness programs, supporting GRC initiatives, and acting as a key advisor to the wider business. Duties and Responsibilities will include: * Build and strengthen a security aware culture by designing and running phishing simulations and supporting security awareness initiatives. * Deliver coaching and education to help staff recognise threats and maintain strong security practices. * Manage risk and support compliance activities by performing security audits and checks on third party suppliers, cloud services, and software. * Ensure partners meet organisational security standards through regular reviews and risk assessments. * Support incident management processes, assisting with investigations from triage through to resolution while maintaining clear documentation and lessons learned. * Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to review and continuously improve the security posture of applications and services. Skills and Experience we are looking for: * Qualification in IT, Computer Science or Cyber Security along with 1-4 years experience in IT or security related roles. * Strategic thinking with the ability to view cybersecurity as a business enabler. * Knowledge of enterprise security best practices and frameworks. * Experience with phishing simulation tools and learning management systems (advantageous). * Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English. * Emotional intelligence and professionalism when managing corrective actions or sensitive conversations. * Proactive mindset with curiosity about emerging cyber threat trends. * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills within cross functional environments.
