Supportive team environment Class 4 Driver Tradestaff is seeking an experienced Class 4 Driver to join a well-established company operating within the water infrastructure sector. This is a hands-on role involving the delivery, collection, and transportation of water pumps, pipelines, and associated components to and from project sites throughout the region. This position offers a mix of driving and site-based work, with occasional travel and stay-away work required. What You'll Be Doing: - Delivering and collecting water pumps, pipelines, and related equipment from sites and depots. - Safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading equipment. - Operating Road Ranger/manual transmission trucks. - Assisting with site logistics and equipment movements. - Completing vehicle checks and maintaining accurate transport records. - Working closely with site teams to ensure equipment is delivered on time and in good condition. What We're Looking For: - Full New Zealand Class 4 licence. - Proven experience driving Road Ranger/manual transmission trucks. - Current High AB endorsement (essential). - Experience operating machinery under a High AB endorsement. - Strong understanding of load restraint and transport safety requirements. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable, physically fit, and safety conscious. - Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
