They are looking for a skilled Project Engineer eager to progress into a Project Managers role in the near future with mentoring and support provided to make the transition. Some of your day to day tasks will include: * Assist in project management of works under your control, project documentation, budget resource management * Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and local authorities * Provide support to investigate, negotiate and secure new work * Preparation of tenders including price estimation and associated non price attributes * Take off quantities for tendered and design build or lump sum works * Input into contractor initiated alternative designs or contractor designed works * Provide field set out and testing as required by contract works * Monitor project progress including work in progress and cost to complete and provide corrective action where necessary * Assist in providing month end financials for claims, support the project manager You will work as part of a high performing engineering and projects team who set high standards, deliver excellence and work hard and play hard.
