This role is based in Christchurch, providing administrative support across our Transport operations and Health & Safety activities If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy being part of a crew that gets stuff done, this will suit you. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, with plenty of variety in your day and solid, consistent hours. What you’ll be doing • Data entry • Cross-check job sheets • Maintain documentation and records • Maintaining weighbridge records & reports • Prepare and issue invoices What we’re looking for • Previous experience in administration (operations preferred) • Strong organisational and time management skills • Experience with invoicing systems (Xero) • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills • Ability to prioritise across multiple departments • High attention to detail • Proactive and self-managing
