We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving plumbing issues across a wide range of commercial, government, and institutional facilities. About the Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring building systems remain functional, safe, and compliant. You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor installations across a variety of client sites. No two days will be the same—you’ll move between jobs, troubleshoot on the go, and build strong client relationships. Core Duties - Respond to plumbing faults, blockages, leaks, and urgent call-outs. - Conduct routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance - Complete minor installation and upgrade works (tapware, pipework, hot water units). - Maintain accurate service records and complete compliance documentation. - Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and team members - Ensure all work is compliant with current regulations and Health & Safety standards. Who We're Looking For - NZ-qualified Tradesman or Certifying Plumber (or equivalent). - Minimum 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial - Strong problem-solving and fault-diagnosis skills. - Clear communication and a customer-first mindset. - Full, clean NZ driver’s licence. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
