If you're a pipefitter or plumber with hands-on experience in water-fed underfloor heating, this is a chance to join a company that values innovation, craftsmanship, and a great work-life balance. Hydronic heating is a water-based system that circulates heated water through pipes installed beneath floors to warm homes evenly and efficiently. What's in it for you? * $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience * Full-time, permanent role with long-term career potential * Be part of a supportive, growing team that takes pride in their work * Ongoing training and development to keep you moving forward What You'll Be Doing: * Installing hydronic underfloor heating systems in new residential builds * Pre-piping, radiator and heat pump installs, diesel/gas boiler connections * Commissioning systems and ensuring clean, compliant finishes * Reading plans, measuring, and laying systems with precision * Working closely with the wider team to hit project milestones What You'll Bring: You'll have 2+ years' experience in plumbing or pipefitting, ideally with a solid understanding of water-based heating systems. You're confident installing pipework, connecting systems, and making smart calls on-site. A great work ethic, strong communication, and reliability are key.
