You'll be part of a growing company with under 20 staff, where your skills and work ethic actually count. What's In It For You: * Solid, ongoing work on subdivision projects * Wages: $27.00 - $45.00- based on your experience and what you bring to the crew. * Be part of a stable, growing crew that values your input * Real variety and challenge - no two trenches the same * Small team vibe with a strong work ethic What You Will Be Doing: * Installing stormwater, sewer, and water main pipelines * Working 2-4 metres deep in trench shields * Pipe laser setup, backfilling, compaction to spec * Delivering quality work with a skilled, motivated crew What We Require: * 2+ years drainage experience * Confident with pipe lasers, backfill, and compaction * Safety-conscious, productive, and dependable * Enjoys planning, cracking on, and getting results * Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this. * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
