Opportunity for proactive individuals with strong work ethic and initiative Due to continued growth Tru Line Civil Ltd is looking for an experienced excavator operator to join our Canterbury based civil construction business, our work is varied and always busy. Areas of work include drainage projects, subdivision trenching, general excavating and earthmoving; site preparation and more. The successful applicant will have experience in a wide range of diggers from 5T to 20T and experience and a willingness to operate other machinery such as dozers, loaders, tractors, truck and trailers, dumpers. The role also involves some labour work when required. We are looking for: • Minimum of 2-3 years of digger operating experience • Experience with GPS would be an advantage • Experienced in deep excavations with trench shoring • Experienced in excavating around services safely • Class 4 License would be an advantage • WTR Endorsement • Cleans Driver’s License and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing as required • Strong work ethic and a passion for good quality workmanship • Great communication skills • References would be an advantage A good remuneration package including a work vehicle can be negotiated for the right person who is proactive and has a positive attitude, can work to H&S regulations and show workplace initiative.
