You'll lead from the front, overseeing daily operations, supporting a skilled team of Diesel Mechanics, and ensuring equipment is repaired and serviced to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance workshop efficiency, team performance, and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of diesel mechanics. * Take a hands-on approach to assist in workshop operations as needed. * Liaise directly with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery. * Oversee daily workflow, productivity, and job allocation. * Ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time. * Maintain high health and safety standards.
