If you've got a construction background, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, this is your chance to build a solid trade career. You'll start with full training and work alongside skilled supervisors across residential and commercial projects. This role offers a clear pathway for growth, with the potential to move into an apprenticeship for the right person. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Hands-on training - learn on the job * Wages: $25-$26 per hour * Full-time, Monday-Friday hours * Weekend work available * Locally owned and operated team * Apprenticeship opportunity for the right person * Learn from highly experienced supervisors WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Site setup and general labouring * Cutting, measuring, and installing glass products * Working on residential and commercial glazing projects * Assisting tradespeople with installations * Carting materials and interacting with customers * Site clean-up and following instructions WHAT WE REQUIRE * Previous construction-related experience * Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this * Strong attention to health & safety * Excellent customer service and communication * Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects * Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Full Class 1 driver's licence and reliable transport * Great attitude, motivated and willing to work * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO WORK IN NEW ZEALAND Why Choose Max People?
