In this role, you'll be responsible for mechanical maintenance tasks and occasional fabrication projects, supporting a variety of sites and projects. Description * Competitive pay rates based on experience: $35-$40/hr with potential overtime. * Workshop and site based. * Great team vibe and growth opportunities. What you'll do: * Carry out preventive maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing. * Perform repairs and modifications to machinery and equipment * Install and fabricate components on equipment as required. What you need: * Minimum of three years' experience as a mechanical fitter. * Experience of working on conveyor systems * Hands-on experience servicing and replacing of motors, bearings, shafts, drives & gearboxes. * Fabrication and welding experience with Stainless and Carbon Steel would be an advantage. * Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics would be an advantage * NZ residency or valid work visa * Full driver's license The perks: * PPE provided * Opportunity for growth * Competitive pay rates, paid weekly * A variety of projects to work on Pre-employment drug test and clear MOJ required.
