Opportunities for professional development and career progression **About the Role** Based at our brand-new village ***Richard Hadlee Retirement Village in Northwood, Christchurch***, you will use all your nursing and people skills to: - Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care and auxiliary teams throughout the village - Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents - Work with an experienced commissioning team to open our brand-new Care Centre - Build, lead and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatment - Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to - Provide support to the Village Manager We have a **full-time role** available working **Tuesday - Saturday 0800 - 1630**.
