Role Requirements: * Someone with proven mass production experience is a MUST. * Must also have strong cooking skills/experience with level 3 or 4 cooking qualifications. * Someone motivational, inspiring and strong in their leadership style. * Previous hospitality experience is advantageous. * Someone reliable, solutions-focused, and passionate about creating a great kitchen culture. * Have full open New Zealand working rights.
