This role involves supporting crews across a range of civil projects including roading, drainage, and general site works. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in delivering quality results, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Assist with handling, loading, and transporting materials around site * Support crews with roading, drainage, and general civil tasks * Perform general site maintenance and clean-up duties * Safely assist with and operate civil machinery such as diggers and rollers, along with general site equipment and tools * Follow instructions and safety procedures to ensure work is completed efficiently Skills & Experience * Previous experience in civil, construction, or a similar labouring role * Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and site processes * Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team * Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials * Good communication and time-management skills * Full drivers license (WTR advantageous) What We Offer * Supportive and friendly team environment * Opportunities to develop and grow your skill set within civil * Competitive pay from $25+ per hour depending on experience * PPE provided If this sounds like a position that you are interested in, then apply now!
