Opportunity to upskill and gain valuable industry experience Skilled Labourer – Insulated Panel Projects We’re on the lookout for a hardworking and reliable Building Labourer to join a busy crew working on insulated panel installation projects across Canterbury. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a solid team, and getting stuck into a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects, this could be the role for you. Location: North Canterbury, Christchurch Start date: Immediate start available Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour What You’ll Be Doing - Assisting experienced installers with insulated panel installation - Lifting, moving, and positioning panels safely on site - Preparing work areas and keeping sites clean and tidy - Using basic hand and power tools - Following health & safety procedures at all times - Working alongside the team to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule - Travelling to a variety of commercial and industrial project sites across Canterbury What We’re Looking For - Previous construction or labouring experience preferred - Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling - Able to work at heights and outdoors in varying conditions - Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn - Positive attitude and able to work well within a team - Site Safe, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets are advantageous - Experience with insulated panels is beneficial but not essential - Full NZ driver’s licence with abilty to drive manaul What’s In It For You - Ongoing work opportunities - Supportive team environment - On-site parking - Variety of projects across Canterbury - Opportunity to upskill and gain valuable industry experience Why work with Tradestaff?
