Engage in civil construction tasks and machinery operation Location: Central Auckland What we offer: • Friendly, supportive team • Immediate start available • On-the-job training and pathways to upskill and progress • Safe working environment Key duties: • Assist with civil construction tasks (trenching, pipework, backfilling, compaction) • Operate/spotlight and assist with small machinery and plant • Lifting, loading, and moving materials safely • Site preparation, clean-up, and traffic management support • Read and follow plans, instructions and health & safety procedures • Perform quality checks and report issues to supervisors We’re looking for someone who: • Has prior civil or construction labour experience (preferred) • Is physically fit and competent with manual tasks • Can operate or assist with common small plant (wacker, jackhammer, digger spotting) — tickets a plus • Understands NZ health & safety requirements on site • Is punctual, reliable, and a good team player • Has reliable transport to get to site To apply: You MUST be eligible to work in New Zealand.
