About the role – Mō te Tūranga Burlington is a premium lifestyle village located in Redwood, Christchurch for the “young at heart”. Your goal is to deliver exceptional services to our residents and our staff. There will never be a dull day at Burlington, as every day is full of variety for our residents and our staff! This is a casual Kitchen Assistant position to cover annual leave and sick leave as required – this will entail some weekend work. Immediate start available. About you - Ngā Kōrero Mōu Are you a Kitchen Assistant with passion, who has: * Personality! Great people skills are a must * A friendly, cool, calm, approachable manner * Barista experience is an advantage * Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task over a wide range of duties * Reliability * Flexible to cover sick/annual leave shifts and work weekends if required * Clean full drivers’ licence Applicants for these positions must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
