About the role of Facilities & Programmes Lead Manager. You will be responsible for: · Daily operation of the aquatic and recreation facilities · Health & safety, water quality, and regulatory compliance · Facility scheduling, bookings, and programme coordination · Leading facility and programme staff · Managing contractors, maintenance, and assets · Working closely with the Swimming Club, schools, and community groups This role works alongside the Committee, with a clear focus on operations rather than governance.
