Work with a locally owned, supportive, and dynamic team * Minimum 3 Years of Foreman Experience * Hands on foreman role with machinery operation and site supervision * Long term workload and strong career growth opportunities The Role Are you an experienced Civil Foreman ready to bring your leadership and operating skills to a trusted, well-established Civil Construction company in Christchurch? If you're after secure, long-term work with a strong pipeline through 2026, this is an excellent chance to join an expanding civil earthmoving team and make your mark. In this role, you'll lead and supervise crews onsite, including subcontractors, ensuring smooth day to day operations. You'll also jump on machinery when required, supporting earthworks, drainage, and general civil construction tasks. Projects range across large-scale subdivisions, land development, and commercial sites, giving you variety and progression.
