This company has grown exponentially in the last decade and there are no plans to stop! What You'll Be Doing * Lead monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and cashflow forecasting * Support budgeting and deliver clear variance analysis * Manage cashflow and ensure IRD/statutory compliance * Maintain strong internal controls * Improve processes, reporting efficiency, and system automation * Partner with teams across the business to ensure accurate, timely financial information * Support group accounting and assist with oversight of international finance team members What You'll Bring * Accounting qualification (CA ANZ qualified or working towards preferred) * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes * Experience with Xero and Lentune (or similar systems) * Knowledge of IRD requirements * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines * Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach * Confidence using technology and improving systems Property or short-term rental experience is advantageous, but not essential.
