Clear career progression opportunities within a growing business I’m working with a well-established and growing construction business with a secured pipeline of work extending 6+ years, delivering large-scale multi-stage residential developments across New Zealand. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to join their in-house commercial team and play a key role across both live projects and upcoming pipeline work. The Opportunity This is a hybrid estimating/commercial role, ideal for someone who wants to stay close to the numbers beyond tender stage. You’ll be involved early in pricing work, then remain engaged through delivery handling variations and ongoing cost inputs. Projects are typically multi-stage residential developments, with each stage running 12–18 months, offering strong continuity and long-term visibility. The business operates an integrated delivery model, managing everything in-house from land acquisition through to design and construction.
