Supportive team environment Electrician / Foreman We’re looking for an experienced Electrician / Foreman to lead and deliver a range of residential and commercial electrical projects, including heat pump installations, across Christchurch Central City. Location: Christchurch Central City Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $40– $50 per hour, paid weekly What you’ll be doing: - Leading and overseeing electrical projects from start to finish - Carrying out residential and commercial electrical installations and maintenance - Installing and commissioning heat pump systems - Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and electrical drawings - Supervising and supporting team members on site - Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard - Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating workflow - Maintaining strong health and safety practices across all work What we’re looking for: - EWRB Registered Electrician with a current practising licence - Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a qualified electrician - Proven experience in a Foreman or supervisory role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage projects and work independently - Experience across residential and commercial electrical work - Solid understanding of heat pump installation (highly regarded) - Reliable, organised, and quality-focused What’s on offer: - Competitive pay based on experience - Ongoing work with reputable clients - Variety of residential and commercial projects - Supportive team environment - Opportunity to step into/continue in a leadership role Why work with Tradestaff?
