Inspire your team, drive excellence, and ensure every interaction is seamless and positive. In this role, you’ll lead our vibrant Member Services team, the first point of contact for members. Your team will deliver exceptional customer service and support across all key channels, including phone, email, social media, app, and review platforms, while managing membership administration and billing with accuracy. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coach and motivate the team to achieve high performance, support club staff with member enquiries and communications, and step in to resolve escalations , ensuring all interactions with clubs and members nationwide are clear, professional, and consistent. We’re looking for a proven customer service leader with call centre experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong teams, and consistently delivers excellent outcomes. Additional qualities include: • Strong leadership skills with the track record of building high performing teams. • Proven ability to coach, mentor and motivate a team. • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. • Organised, detail-focused, and confident with systems and data. • Natural ability to build positive working relationships across multiple locations. • Ability to analyse data to drive efficiency and improvements. • Experience with digital transformation is a bonus.
