This role is based in Christchurch City and involves providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe and pleasant environment for our customers and staff. Shift Times: 5:00 pm - 1:30 am and 6:30am - 3:00pm The role involves working outside our campus buildings, so the successful candidate would need to be comfortable working outside alone at night. What you'll be doing * Carrying out general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising across a variety of commercial premises. * Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. * Replenish consumable supplies as needed. * Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisory team. * Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures. What we're looking for * Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, ideally within a commercial or corporate setting. * Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently. * Proactive, reliable, and able to follow instructions. * Good communication skills. * Able to pass written and verbal English tests (H&S requirement) * Must have own car and full licence. * Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean criminal check.
