We are now looking for qualified skilled carpenters and 2nd/3rd year apprentices that take pride in their work. We have a strong demand and a pipeline of business. There are opportunities to work your way up, leading hand, training apprentices to site foreman. We work in small teams working on med-high Architectural new homes. We offer a great opportunity to be involved in quality-focused construction from start to finish. The Role • General carpentry across residential builds • From foundations to finishing work • A large range of different claddings and expertise. • Work independently understanding plans, details and specifications • Pride in all aspects of work and an eye for detail You will need • For the carpenter role you will need to be qualified. • Apprentices will need to be able to show their previous employment • Experience working on high-end residential projects is a bonus • Strong attention to detail is a must • Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time work, will be part of who you are We offer • For Carpenters hourly rate: $31- $36 per hour (based on experience) • Apprentices are $25-$27 (based on experience) • Weekly pay • Full PPE provided • Upskilling and training opportunities • Advancement opportunities within the company
