What we require from you: • 1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentice with a good understanding of NZ building codes, relevant building requirements and Health & Safety regulations • Able to work well within a strong team environment • A desire to becoming a top-class tradesperson keen to learn and responsible for the decisions you make. • Show a high level of workmanship and attention to detail for your level of knowledge, we don’t expect you to know everything just yet! • You will be keen to learn how to build energy efficient houses and be a long way ahead of the current building requirements • Honesty with great integrity and a good sense of humour What we will give you: • Highly competitive pay rates • A variety of work of residential new builds, including standard 3,4-bedroom 2 storey homes as well as Architectural hill builds. • A great team of exceptional builders to learn from, who take great pride in building the best house they can every time • We will teach you about the latest energy efficient products and how to install them correctly. • The building code is changing and pretty soon a lot of builders will not understand what is required.
