Our experienced team of 140 operates from a high-class & purpose-built facility in Waterloo Business Park and work on a range of projects right across the South Island from new homes, window replacements to large scale commercial construction projects. We have multiple opportunities available to join us including a Team Leader role and fabricator roles. To be considered for the Team Leader role, you'll need: * a minimum of 2 years leadership in a manufacturing environment, * experience in just in time manufacturing, * ability to lead by example in following health & safety framework, * be punctual, * to be physically fit and be prepared to work to strict health & safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues, * have problem-solving skills, * be a good communicator, and * have strong attention to detail. For the fabrication roles, you'll need: * be punctual, * to be physically fit and be prepared to work to strict health & safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues, * have problem-solving skills, * be a good communicator, and * have strong attention to detail.
