Whether you have previous Frame and Truss experience or good with a hammer and keen to learn, this is a great opportunity to build skills in a supportive environment with all training provided on site. **Roles Available:** Frame and Truss Labourers - Cambridge based. Monday to Thursday roster Optional Friday and Saturday overtime available Day shift: 5am-5pm Night shift: 5pm-5am **What You'll Be Doing:** Assisting in the manufacturing of frame and truss components Using hand and power tools safely and confidently Measuring, cutting, assembling, and handling timber Working in a fast‑paced production environment Following instructions and maintaining high‑quality standards Supporting the team to meet daily production targets Spending the first two weeks learning the ropes before moving into more technical tasks **What You Need:** Minimum Restricted NZ driver licence Reliable, punctual, and keen to learn Experience with power tools or working around timber (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic and willingness to work long shifts Ability to follow health & safety procedures at all times **What's in It for You:** Great starting rates Ongoing training and support All PPE provided Weekly pay If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW to avoid missing out!
