DESCRIPTION FOR EXPERIENCED ROLE: • Produce exceptional craftsmanship in an efficient manner • Using hand tools and machinery where adequate training has been provided to manufacture and assemble joinery. • Driving work vehicles (only on a clean full license) • Lifting product around the factory, and to and from vehicles- both onsite and off-site • Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery as required • Using machinery for various cutting techniques where training has been provided • Ensuring that any contact with NT Joinery’s customers/suppliers is pleasant, and the customer/supplier departs with a well informed and enjoyable experience • Participate with our Continuous Improvement culture; to adopt the Lean principles and apply them to your role where appropriate Skills required for the role: • Full clean drivers license • Strong work ethic • Work well in a team environment but also self-manage and prioritize • Ability to work well under pressure This role is suited for someone that has experience within the industry and is looking to further their career and knowledge base.
