About the opportunity We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. You will support financial planning and reporting functions, ensuring that business decisions are driven by robust financial data to enhance performance management. Engage in data manipulation and maintenance, continuously refining processes to promote growth and development. In this role, you will: * Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities * Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to track performance * Extract, clean, and manage data from ERP systems and spreadsheets * Contribute to process improvement initiatives that streamline reporting and enhance data quality * Assist with ERP implementation and system upgrades, providing finance expertise * Collaborate across departments to ensure financial plans align with strategic goals About you You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will also have: * Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role * A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with CA or equivalent certification * Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid Microsoft Office skills * Effective communication skills—both written and verbal * A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for automation and innovation * The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * A collaborative, can-do attitude with a willingness to get stuck in * Experience working with ERP systems (Infor Syteline or Dynamics 365) would be advantageous * Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate is desirable In addition to a great working environment and the opportunity to work with leading edge products, there are a range of other benefits when you work at Enatel: * Wellbeing - Friendly, supportive and inclusive people.
