Opportunity for career development within operations A bit about your role As the Plant Operator, you will play a key role in the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the UHT and RO plants. You’ll be responsible for ensuring product is produced to specification and in line with Westland Milk Products’ quality, safety, and regulatory standards, while contributing to the achievement of plant KPIs and minimising waste and downtime. You will report to the Team Leader, Process Manager, or Senior Production Manager and work alongside production, maintenance, quality, laboratory, and logistics teams. This role also supports continuous improvement activities and provides operational assistance across the plant as required. A bit about you You are someone with proven experience working in manufacturing or processing environments, ideally with exposure to automated plant or process operations. You bring a strong safety mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to follow and record operational and quality procedures accurately. You work well as part of a team, communicate clearly, and are comfortable learning new systems and processes. You take pride in maintaining hygiene, product quality, and equipment standards, and you have a genuine interest in developing your skills and building a longer-term career within operations.
