You'll be an experienced technician with a solid five years professional experience within residential and commercial construction. You will be a wizard on ArchiCAD and able to produce full documentation sets efficiently and self sufficiently, but also know when to ask questions and collaborate. You won't be bogged down with council paperwork, endless emails, or admin. Client and council liaison is largely handled by management, meaning you can stay focused on the technical and creative work that really matters.
