* Solid Crew * Hard work will get you the treats * Competitive Pay-rates We're looking for a Loader Operator who's just as comfortable on the ground as they are in the cab. This is seasonal work through Christmas into the New Year, till around the end of March, with potential night shifts, solid hours, and big earning potential. There's a good break over the xmas break to head away with the whanau. You'll rotate between driving the loader and general labouring tasks to keep the site moving. If you like variety, don't mind getting dirty, and can back yourself on the gear - this is your role. What You'll Be Doing: * Operating a loader confidently and safely * Shifting, loading, and stockpiling bulk materials * Labouring tasks across the site - lifting, moving, keeping the process flowing * General site support as needed * Working safely in a dusty, physical environment What You'll Bring: * Proven Loader Operator experience * WTR endorsements (Class 2 licence a bonus) * Fit, reliable, and ready for graft - on the loader or on the ground * Comfortable working day and night shifts * Good communication and a team-first attitude * Able to pass a drug screening test The Offer: * $28+ per hour * Time & a half after 8 hours + penal rates * 10+ hour days, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays - optional, but that's where the big $$ is) * Seasonal role through to the end of March/April * Variety of loader operation + labouring - no boring shifts here ** To the right person, there is huge potential for a full-time role available.
