Scope Group Ltd is a privately owned company who specialise in Asbestos Removal and Demolition works. We have offices in Nelson, Canterbury, Queenstown and Dunedin and work to complete projects nationwide across New Zealand. Our Queenstown operation is looking for an experienced and efficient Office Manager to join our team. What you will do As Office Manager you will complete a variety of administrative duties and tasks to support our Management and Site team. This includes: * Reception and answering of phone calls * Completion of site documentation * Organisation and booking of travel * Completion of project administrative tasks including generation of site specific documentation * Management of supplier and overhead invoice review and approval for Head Office * Management of PPE and other consumable stocks, including stocktakes * Collating and inputting of project data including timesheets * Coordination and organising of project site requirements such as fencing, signage etc as required * Providing general office and administration support to our Queenstown team as required This role is part – time, and based in Frankton, Queenstown. It is expected that the total hours of work per week will be approximately 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday. As this is a growing region there may be the opportunity to increase your working hours as our operations and team continue to grow. What we are looking for * Previous experience in an Administration/Office/Project support role * Computer literacy with proven experience with all Microsoft applications * High attention to detail and organisation skills * Ability to problem solve and work independently * Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication * Ability to multi-task and prioritise completion of tasks without compromising on standards * Self-motivated and committed to working as part of a team * Ability to work collaboratively across all divisions locally and regional with our Nelson, Dunedin and Canterbury offices.
