As we look ahead to a new chapter, we’re ready to bring in a Salon Manager / Front of House Coordinator—someone confident, emotionally intelligent, and driven by structure, calm, and people. This is a hybrid leadership and coordination role for someone who thrives in organised, team-focused environments and knows how to hold space for both stylists and clients. 🔑 About the Role This is not your average front desk job. As the central point of coordination for our salon, you’ll be the calm and confident leader who ensures everything flows people, schedules, systems, and standards. You'll work closely with the salon owner and (eventually) the wider leadership team to manage the salon's day-to-day operations and support a professional, high-performing team culture.
