No two days are the same – from supporting whānau with queries, managing bookings and accounts, to keeping our centre running smoothly behind the scenes. Key tasks include: * Accurate data entry and account management (including payments and direct debits) * Supporting new and existing families with enrolments and queries * Meeting regular Ministry of Education deadlines and reporting requirements * Collaborating with the team to ensure a high standard of care and service This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We will need someone flexible for this role to do a mix of shifts.
