This is an excellent opportunity for operators who take pride in quality, food safety, and running machinery to a high standard. About the Role You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining strict food safety and GMP standards across the production line. Key Responsibilities * Operate production machinery in a food manufacturing environment * Set up, run, and monitor equipment according to SOPs * Maintain high standards of GMP, food safety, and hygiene * Carry out basic quality checks and record production data * Packing, filling, and monitoring product through the line * Maintain excellent housekeeping and line cleanliness * Support smooth production flow and line performance What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Machine Operator in food manufacturing * Strong understanding of GMP and food safety standards * Confident operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment * Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling * Reliable, safety-focused, and quality-driven What’s In It for You * Monday to Friday – Night Shift * Hours: 9:45pm – 6:00am * Pay rate: $28.42ph (not inclusive of holiday PAYE) * $8 per shift allowance * Opportunity to upskill and progress within manufacturing * Staff purchasing privileges * Free onsite parking All applicants must: * Have a valid right to work in New Zealand * Pass a pre-employment drug test * Able to provide 2 work-related references * Provide a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal background check If you’re an experienced food manufacturing Machine Operator looking for solid night shift work with a reputable employer, apply now with your current CV.
