What You'll Be Doing: * Leading a small, tight-knit team with energy and purpose * Driving sales across outdoor furniture, BBQs, interior décor, fireplaces, portable heating and cooling, plus our seasonal ranges * Mentoring team members to build confidence and capability * Creating a positive, customer-first culture that makes shopping a breeze * Managing team rosters and training needs * Managing stock, merchandising, and department presentation with pride ??
