About the Role As a Crusher Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing, screening and aggregate washing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient processing of quarry materials. You’ll play a key role in daily production and work closely with the site team to meet output targets. Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor primary and secondary crushers • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs • Ensure consistent material flow and product quality • Capability of producing aggregates and base courses to a high standard and to specification • Identify and report any machine, mechanical, or performance issues • Adhere to all safety procedures and site rules • Complete required H&S documentation and pre-start checks What You’ll Need • Extensive experience operating and maintaining mobile, fixed crushers and wash screens. • Mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills • Strong commitment to health and safety • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable transport and a positive, can-do attitude • Be physically fit, strong, and able to fit into tight spaces for maintaining the equipment • Provide a copy of your driver's license, classes and WTR • Understanding of testing and sampling What We Offer • Competitive remuneration offered to the right candidate • Supportive team environment • Opportunities for training and development • Long-term career potential in a stable industry • PPE and gear provided • Uniforms and work boots supplied • First Aid Course (optional) • Yearly health monitoring
