About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced STMS Practicing A & B to oversee temporary traffic management operations, ensuring the safety of all road users, site workers, and the general public. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring traffic management setups in accordance with CoPTTM / TTM Manual and local authority requirements. This position requires a proactive and safety-focused individual who can lead crews, communicate effectively, and ensure worksites operate to the highest safety standards. Key Requirements: * Minimum STMS practicing A&B qualification * Class 1 Full Driver's License (Class 2 is desirable but not essential) * Expertise in creating and executing site-specific traffic management plans, including design, implementation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic measures * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualification. * Ongoing training and development opportunities. * Work with a respected and safety-focused civil/roading team. * A variety of worksites across different regions.
