We're on the lookout for two passionate Customer Service Team Members to join our Garden Department on a fixed-term contract through to mid-January 2026. Role 1: Sunday to Wednesday (32 hours p/w) Role 2: Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (24 hours p/w) If you have a love for plants, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive on helping others, this is the perfect opportunity to turn your green thumb into a rewarding career. In this dynamic role, you'll use your gardening knowledge to support customers, inspire their projects, and help create an exceptional in-store experience.   What You Can Expect in This Role As a valued member of our Garden Department, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring space for our customers. * Deliver warm, knowledgeable service by guiding customers to the right plants, tools, and gardening solutions that suit their needs and goals. * Champion plant care and presentation—watering, maintaining, and displaying stock to ensure a vibrant and healthy-looking department. * Share your green-thumb expertise through practical advice and seasonal tips that empower customers to succeed in their gardening projects. * Collaborate with an enthusiastic team to keep the garden centre running smoothly and efficiently. * Engage in hands-on, physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting, shifting, and handling of bulky items like soil, compost, large pots, and plants.
