These specialist roles within a Security Operations Centre will be different, with unique challenges daily but it’s all about people engagement - listening, observing, and helping.\r\n\r\nThe duties will include:\r\n\r\nReceiving alerts from remote cameras, triaging the alerts and taking appropriate follow-up action\r\nReceiving calls from forest users who are having trouble gaining access through remote gates, vetting their credentials and remotely opening the gates (if appropriate)\r\nProactively monitoring security cameras across the forest\r\nDispatching forest security patrols and/or police to incidents\r\nProviding client reporting \r\nManaging user credentials within the operating systems (NX Witness, Gallagher Command Centre, Milestone).\r\n\r\nWhat we can offer you:\r\n\r\nCasual hours- on call when needing cover\r\nFull and ongoing training provided\r\nA supportive Team environment\r\nPay rate of $31.00 per hour\r\n\r\nEssential skills:\r\n\r\nCommunication skills -
