Solitaire Lodge is a full-service Luxury Lodge with 10 rooms and up to 25 guests. It is situated 15 minutes from Rotorua. We operate in a mostly international market with classic / contemporary cuisine including a daily changing 5 course evening Menu changing daily. We strive to work with artisan suppliers, with focus on high quality sourcing, freshness of produce, as well as sensitivity to guest dietary and food preferences. Success would include enjoying strong experience in all food service areas over the various rostered morning and afternoon shifts. This position is 40 hours / 5 shifts per week on a fortnightly rostered basis - AM and PM. You will join a team of 4 chefs. Prior experience of at least 6 months experience as a Senior Chef is useful experience including work in both bakery and cooking areas. A daily travel allowance is also provided.
