We’re Rotorua’s largest Refrigeration + Heating Company and we have big plans for 2026. Both our projects & maintenance teams are flat tack, and we need your knowledge and experience! This is a full time role with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Tasks include, but are not limited to: • Troubleshoot, repair and overhaul equipment such as heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, pumps, air handlers, air dryers, heat exchangers, other environmental changing devices & mechanical, electrical pneumatic and electronic components. • Install, maintain or repair pneumatic valves, electric valves, heat transfer equipment, ventilation and air distribution equipment. • Install and replace all types of pumps and refrigeration equipment according to prints, specifications, diagrams or other instructions. • Read gauges and instruments, and adjusts mechanisms such as valves, controls & pumps to control level of fluid pressure and distribution in systems. • Operate various refrigeration recovery equipment in accordance with guidelines provided. • Perform gas welding repairs to pipe work as required. • Perform planned maintenance, regular servicing and repairs to refrigeration equipment of all types, sizes and temperature ranges. • Maintain records of work performed and identifies equipment requiring future service. • Co-ordinate work schedules with other employees as necessary to keep customer inconvenience to a minimum. Now, if you’re not looking right now yourself but you have a mate who is we offer a $500 referral fee when we hire the person you refer. The only condition is that they work with us for at least 3 months. Here’s why you’ll want to work with us: • Earn up to $50 per hour (for the right candidate) + OT rates. • You get a company vehicle, I-Pad and Phone. • Tool allowance. • If you’re relocating, we’ll help with any moving costs up to $1,000. • Uniform, PPE, wet weather gear and boots provided. • Barbeques and lots of fun social events – you’ll need a sense of humour! • A Company that looks after you.
